Terms & conditions

01 Scope

These terms apply to all services and packages of Ascend Email Marketing (AEM): flows, email campaigns and the customer support service. By submitting a request or accepting a proposal you agree to these terms.

02 Offer and pricing

All prices on the site are in euros and exclude VAT. Site prices are indicative; final agreements are confirmed in a proposal by email. Package prices apply when the services in that package are taken together.

03 Delivery

We build everything custom to your brand, your audience and the story on your site. For that we need timely access to your Klaviyo account and store, plus your brand input and a single point of contact.

We aim to have everything live within 5 business days after approval and full access. If anything blocks that, you'll hear it from us straight away.

04 Payment

One-off services and packages are invoiced per project. Ongoing services such as email campaigns and customer support are invoiced monthly. The payment term is 14 days from the invoice date.

05 Term and cancellation

Ongoing services can be cancelled monthly; an email is enough. One-off projects end on delivery. There are no setup fees and no hidden renewals.

06 Results

We optimise for revenue and build everything around what works for your brand. Results also depend on factors beyond us, such as your offer, traffic and market. We therefore can't guarantee specific revenue figures.

07 Intellectual property

After full payment, the delivered flows, templates and copy are yours. The knowledge, methods and reusable building blocks we use to create them remain ours.

08 Confidentiality

We treat everything we see about your brand and numbers as confidential. Access to your accounts is used for the engagement only. We expect the same in return for our proposals and methods.

09 Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost revenue or data loss at third parties.
